Helen's Journey

Luke & Helen Laffin founded Four Winds Global Foundation in 2014 with a desire to partner with God in the work He is doing in the lives of His people.  At the heart of the mission is to Help People Help People.  Luke & Helen believe that our Heavenly Father has invested into each one of us the potential to positively impact the world around us.  For the last ten years, Four Winds Global foundation has been working to unleash that potential in those we have encountered.

This work has been financially supported primarily by donations from Luke & Helen over the years.  All donated funds are directed to support other non-profits, aid disadvantaged individuals, assist people experiencing challenging life situations, reaching underserved people groups, providing poverty relief, disaster relief, and sharing the good news of what Jesus Christ has done for us.

In February of 2023, Helen received a diagnosis of Stage 3c Ovarian Cancer.  After multiple surgical procedures and 6 months of chemotherapy she was given the "all-clear."  But six months after her last chemo treatment her labs started to show signs that there was a recurrence.  

Due to the cost of treatments, some of the funding that would normally be donated by the Laffins will need to be redirected.  If you would like to  support the ongoing ministry of Four Winds Global Foundation during this time, you can give your tax-deductible donation by selecting the "Donate" button.  Any funding provided for the operations and ministry of Four Winds Global Foundation helps to free up resources for the Laffins.  Our goal is to be a blessing to you by providing a tax-deductible way for you to indirectly support Helen.
